EVERYWHERE Food Truck in Taipei

Taipei might as well be called, The Capital of Street Food, am I right?! There’s definitely no shortage of food stands in the city, and getting your hands (and lips) on some tasty bites is not hard at all. Although I love the street food in Taiwan, and how easily available and affordable it is, I’ve been waiting anxiously for the food truck trend to get underway here in the city. So, you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon a Volkswagen minivan parked on Dunhua Road, selling freshly-made hamburgers to-go. My prayers have been answered!
The owners of EVERYWHERE Food Truck, Ed and Ho-Wein, started this exciting foodie-venture of theirs way back in 2015 (how did we not know?!), hoping to bring a different street food experience to the people in Taipei. They move around the city in their Volkswagen van, stopping at different locations each day, where they prepare and serve their juicy and flavorful hamburgers (You can find a complete list of their locations and opening hours at the bottom of this page).
Their menu was carefully curated by the two owners, and includes 8 handmade sauces, from which you have options such as Jalapeno Mayonnaise and Lemon Tartar, or more classic options like Guacamole and Salsa sauce. You also have a choice of either a beef, pork or mushroom patty, and all burgers are topped with a decent amount of cheese. We opted for beef patties, topped with Avocado, and another one with Chili Con Carne. Both burgers were only 150nt each, which probably makes this the most affordable hamburger in town! This was one of the best hamburgers I've had in Taipei, and it ticked off all the right boxes. It's a great and affordable on-the-go meal, it's juicy and packed with flavor, and it is GINORMOUS.
