HO HO HOly moly, people! How is it possible that Christmas is already less than a month away?! Now that the decorations and trees are going up, and we are hearing festive music in the stores, it's also time to get cracking on Christmas presents. (I can almost hear some of you groaning at the thought of this!) No need to fret, my friend, we are here to help make this very easy for you. First up is our gift ideas for the men (or anyone, really) in your life. Of course you don't have to buy these exact items, they are just recommendations. Below we've listed a collection of things that we know our guy friends, The Husbands, our dads, and our brothers already own and love, or would be happy to receive as gifts. Hopefully you can get some ideas here, and if you do, you can send us cupcakes to say thank you. (Come on, where's you generous holiday spirit!?)
A Cozy Wool Scarf

Seriously, who wouldn't want a cozy wool scarf as we're heading into the cold months? Get one for that stylish dude in your life who appreciates quality accessories. We highly recommend the ACNE STUDIOS Canada scarf. It's a timeless classic that can be worn for years and years to come. Pick and choose from a huge selection of colors, and give the gift of cozy goodness this holiday season.

Comfy Slippers

A pair of comfy slippers is the perfect gift for the man who takes his at-home leisure time seriously. Take it from me, the queen of comfort, these UGG Scuff slippers are a dream and totally worth the money. They are extremely soft and well made, and keep your feet nice and toasty in the colder months. Definitely a winter winner!
Buy it: UGG Scuff slippers ($80)
A Stylish Backpack

Most guys use backpacks, whether it is for going to class, the gym, on a hike, traveling or to work. So why not get him a fresh one for the new year? There are options a plenty out there, but this backpack from EVERLANE just ticks all the boxes; it's water resistant, the design is unique and modern, and it will really add some style points to a look. It comes in a few colorways, so go have a look.
A Collector's Edition Boardgame

Boardgames are so underrated, and I personally think they make a great gift. You can stick with the classics of course, or spice it up with a collector's edition of a game he loves. Now, you MUST know someone who is absolutely obsessed with Game of Thrones? And while we impatiently wait for the next season, why not get him the Game of Thrones edition of MONOPOLY to tide him over?
Buy it: MONOPOLY Game of Thrones ($44)
A Grooming Kit

Now come on, you didn't think we'd make this guide and not throw in a few cliche gifts? Actually, they are cliche for a reason, because there really are some amazing shower and skincare sets available over the holidays. The Husband and I are both big fans of AESOP, so when I saw this impressive set I knew I had to put it in this gift guide. Not only does it include eight products, it comes in a handy travel bag which can be reused in the future. It truly is a gift that keeps on giving!
Buy it: AESOP Boston Grooming Set ($75)
A Pair of Classic Sunglasses

You really can't go wrong with a classic pair of sunglasses, and when I hear the words "classic sunglasses" I always think of RAY-BAN. The popular Wayfarer style seems to flatter every face shape, and I'm sure most men would appreciate this incredible gift. The Husband has been "borrowing" my pair for years, and even though I don't really want to admit it, it does suit him better than me. (Don't tell him I said that!)
A Sleek Suitcase

If you have a man in your life that loves to travel, this is THE gift for him! This is not just a regular suitcase, my friends. This one comes with a built-in USB charger, and is apparently "unbreakable and guaranteed for life". These popular suitcases from AWAY come in different sizes and colors, and can be engraved with his initials, too. I own this suitcase, and can vouch for its flawless design and impeccable quality.
100% Cashmere Sweater

A good cashmere sweater is luxurious, soft to the touch and timeless, and anyone would appreciate it as a gift. Of course there are many options available, but I can highly recommend these 100% cashmere sweaters from UNIQLO. They are great quality, yet affordable, available in many colors, and also comes in a crewneck cut.
Buy it: UNIQLO Cashmere sweater ($80)
A Steps Counter / Activity Tracker

If there's a sporty man in your life, he probably already owns some version of a steps counter or an activity tracker. If he doesn't, get him this FITBIT Alta HR tracker; it has quite a few functions apart from the step counter, so he'll be able to track his sleeping habits, heartbeat, calories, distance covered etc. I got The Husband one and he loves the sleek look and all the functions.
Buy it: FITBIT Alta HR ($99)
A Scalp Massager

This might seem like a ridiculous gift, but if you've ever tried these scalp massagers, you would totally understand why I included it in this guide. It is a simple, yet magical, device that is easy to use and feels absolutely amazing on your scalp... Like, goosebumps amazing! It's so affordable, there's really no reason why you shouldn't gift one to everyone you know!
Buy it: KIKKERLAND Scalp Massager ($5)
A Designer Fragrance

Everyone likes to be spoiled once in a while, and a designer fragrance is the perfect gift to indulge him with. This one from CHANEL is a versatile option that would suit most men, from teenage brother to charming grandpa.
Wireless Bluetooth Earphones

Here is another gift that would be much appreciated by that active person in your life. Earphones' wires can be annoying when working out or running, so wireless ones are the way to go. After a lot of research, and a big YES! from my tech-obsessed brother, these SoundSport wireless earphones from BOSE came out on top as a fantastic choice for the exercise junkie.
An E-reader

I know this is quite a controversial item and have sparked heated debates among book lovers, but I still think an e-reader would make a nice gift for that person in your life who loves to read. Even though it's nice to hold a book, an e-reader, like the popular KINDLE, does make a lot of sense, especially when he travels a lot or doesn't have a lot of space for actual books.
A Portable Wireless Speaker

This one if for the music lovers! There's no shortage of amazing wireless speakers on the market, but you really can't go wrong with MARSHALL. This portable speaker connects to your phone with bluetooth, and is small enough to carry around in a backpack. (Preferably the EVERLANE one I recommended earlier *wink*)
A Party Game

Who doesn't like a good ol' fashioned party card game? Now I must warn you, that this game I'm recommending is not for kids nor grandpa, unless you are also planning on giving him a heart attack for Christmas, and we definitely do not want that. CARDS AGAINST HUMANITY is for the guy with a somewhat vulgar sense of humor, hence the game's description "for horrible people". It is a funny game if you can appreciate it for what it is, but choose wisely who you give this to, and make sure you know what it's about before eagerly placing it under the tree for your teenage cousin.
We hope you got some good gift ideas for the men in your life. Although, of course, these gifts can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. We will be posting "Christmas Gifts for Her" within the next week, so stay tuned for that. Happy shopping, and happy holidays!
