The Must-Have Sandals for Summer 2018

Summer is the best time to slow down, relax and get comfortable. And I'm not just talking about sitting with your toes in the sand at the beach with a fruity cocktail in your hand. (Although, that is the absolute BEST thing to do in summer. Fact!). I'm also talking about clothing and footwear. I don't know about you, but I want everything to be easy breezy in this heat, and that includes my style. All I want to put on my body are breathable fabrics like linen and cotton, and cute summer dresses. With that, I want to be able to just slip on a simple, yet chic, sandal when I leave the house.

This season, sleek slide sandals are extremely popular, and I'm here for it! What's easier than literally having to slide your foot into a sandal. Minimum effort, maximum comfort! Simple, classy slide sandals are all over the place at the moment, so we've decided to round up some of our favorite tan sandals that will suit every budget. The key is to go for a pair that will go with most of your summer outfits, that way you don't have to put too much thought into it.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've wanted these beauties for years. I've lusted after them for so long, but could not justify the (very) hefty price tag. The Hermès Oran sandals are iconic and classic, and I knew I'd be able to wear them for many summers to come. I was about to give up on my dream of owning a pair of my own, until The Husband very generously gifted them to me for our fourth wedding anniversary this year. They are everything, and more, I thought they'd be.

They effortlessly elevate a minimalist summer outfit, they are super soft and comfortable, and I don't want to take them off at the end of the day.
