When we think of brunch, we ALWAYS think of Sugar Pea, and frankly, if I could have it my way, I’d eat there every day of the week! Sugar Pea was one of the first cafes we featured on our blog (more than 2 years ago!) and we thought it’s about time we brought you up to date on all their new and mouth-watering dishes, and also remind you of the classics we can NOT get enough of (Yes, I’m talking about their famous and oh-so-creamy, Red Velvet Cake.)
Before we get too excited about the food, let’s first focus on their stunningly beautiful interior, straight from the pages of a magazine! One of Sugar Pea’s main attractions is definitely the dreamy sun room that’s located in the front part of the restaurant, with wrap-around white framed windows, sunlight streaming inside, and gorgeous all-white interior. It’s as cozy as it gets, and rain or shine, it’s our favorite spot for a brunch in style. If you can’t secure a seat in this popular spot, don’t fear, ‘cause the entire restaurant is filled with beautiful and snug corners, adorned with books and trinkets, cozy cushions and lush greens.
We treated ourselves to a feast of Sugar Pea's most popular dishes, and had a table filled with delectable treats such as Bacon, Egg & Cheese Pancake Tacos, Prosciutto & Veggie Fritata, Sausage & Mushroom Ragu Pasta, Super Greens, Chocolate Chip Cookies & Milk, Red Velvet Cake and yummy lattes! Each and every dish was made to perfection and we couldn't have been happier; our taste buds (and tummies!) were dancing with joy!
