Kōhī Bar | Taipei Cafe

Just around the corner from Xinyi Anhe MRT's exit 2 is Kōhī Bar, a brand new (and already super popular) drinks shop. Whether you are on the go and just want to grab a coffee at the window, or take a seat at the bar to savor your hot chocolate, or slow down for a second with a lemonade and bask in the sun at their outdoor seating area, you can do it all here.

Kōhī Bar is tiny in size, and apart from the window where you can order your drink to go, they only have a small bar area, with a few seats, and coffee station inside. (It seems that they also share their space with a golfing store.) They do offer more seating outside though, which is comfy and perfect for taking some nice photos! It could be even more enjoyable if there were no cars parked right next to it.

Kōhī Bar is a no-fuss drinks shop serving the ol' caffeine favorites like lattes, cappuccinos, Americano and Caramel Macchiato. They also make hot chocolate and smoothies. Their sparkling-water based drinks looks so refreshing, and we know they are going to be the perfect drink when the weather starts warming up. You can see their full menu below.

We popped into Kōhī Bar early in the morning so we were both craving a morning coffee. I ordered the Latte and Tieneke got the Brown Sugar Latte. When you order these hot drinks, you also receive a complimentary marshmallow "snowman" sweet treat; such a cute idea! Our lattes were so good and totally hit the spot; exactly what we needed at ten o'clock on a Saturday morning!

Kōhī Bar's location is very convenient and it's totally worth stopping by when you're in the area and in need of an afternoon pick-me-up (or a refreshing lemonade on a hot day). We recommend getting your drink and hanging out at their comfy outdoor seating area!
