There's a newbie vegetarian spot on the block, and you may have already noticed everyone and their poodle posting this exact photo to Instagram of that gorgeous pink couch. What can I say, I just couldn't resist getting in on the action. 小小樹食 Little Tree Food recently opened their doors in Daan District, just a stone's throw from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, and not too far from another one of our other beloved vegan restaurants, Plants. This spacious vegetarian restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and offers plenty of seating, pretty marble tables, and then of course that irresistible pink couch. The space is bright, and I have to mention that we really enjoyed the music they were playing while we were there.
At the time of our visit to 小小樹食 Little Tree Food, they were still in their soft opening, and when we arrived at around 2:30pm on a Friday, they were only serving meals from their lunch set menu, which includes a drink, a pastry, soup and a main meal. (I did have a little peak at the rest of the menu, which is quite extensive and already had me looking forward to my next meal there.)

First we got our juices. Our pastries and soups arrived shortly after, which were absolutely delicious. Just as we finished our appetizers, our main meals were placed in front of us. We both really enjoyed our meals, which were fresh and healthy, and very tasty. We had such a great impression of the place, that both The husband and I agreed to go there again soon to try the other meals on their menu.
小小樹食 Little Tree Food definitely gets two thumbs up from us, and we are excited to go back and try more items from their mouthwatering menu. Not only did we love the meals, the service was swift and the staff extremely friendly, and we also think that their prices are reasonable. Go stop by for a fresh and healthy meal, you won't regret it!
