MissGreen SuperKid l Taipei Vegan Restaurant

One of our all time favorite vegan eateries in Taipei has recently opened a brand new location in Tianmu, called MissGreen SuperKid. Sister restaurant of MissGreen and The Green Room in Daan District also serve vegan food, but this location especially strives to welcome children and parents, and encourage plant-based eating from a young age. Located right around the corner of Taipei American School, it’s sure to become a favorite among families living in this neighborhood.

The bright, two-story space provides plenty of seating throughout the restaurant, with a larger area on the second floor decorated in colorful furniture, shades of green, and decorative balls hanging from the ceiling. (Sure to be a hit with the kids!). As I mentioned above, MissGreen SuperKid is child-friendly and hopes to encourage children to care for the environment and teach them all about eating plant-based food.

Their creative menu has so many amazing options making it quite difficult to choose, so we ended up ordering a few light meals, a main and also some dessert (Yum!). Liesl had an old favorite, the Vegan Acai Bowl along with an Organic Rooibos Tea. I ordered the Super Salad Bowl, which is a delicious combination of bean patty, organic quinoa and some hearty vegetables. We both had the Blueberry Cake served with chocolate nice cream (vegan ice cream), and also the Queen Bee Smokey Mushroom salad. All our food was absolutely delicious, having used only the freshest ingredients and presented beautifully as well.
