Is it a cafe? Is it a workshop? Okay, I totally get how the name might have you a little confused. Did we go for a workshop, at a cafe, with no name?! What has the world come to? LOL. No, we’re not THAT adventurous. Untitled Workshop is a cafe (one of the most Insta-famous ones in Taipei!), mostly known for their pineapple-covered wall and mouth watering avocado toast. They also have a charming little tiled patio that you might have spotted on a few people’s Instagram feeds over the years, where you can take the most gorgeous #fromabove foodie pics.
Untitled Workshop is located near Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT (about a 10 minutes' walk), on the corner of Bade Road and right across Dunhua Park. They’ve recently renovated (RIP pineapple wall!) and transformed the space into a more minimal, industrial chic environment that suits their name and vibe well. The neutral colors and large windows (allowing tons of natural light), create a bright and relaxing space, perfect for a catch-up session over a light meal and latte.
Just like the name and interior, the menu keeps it simple with only three light meals to choose from, and some lattes and teas. Their signature dish, the Avocado Toast, is a favorite among the avocado-obsessed crowd in Taipei (that includes us!), and definitely hits the spot with its combination of avo, chopped chives, chili flakes and drops of olive oil (It’s pure perfection!) We treated ourselves to one of their tasty pop tarts (which is almost too cute to eat!) and finished off our meals with a delicious chai latte. Have a look at their menu and our tasty food below.

We highly recommend Untitled Workshop for their gorgeous interiors, delectable treats and convenient location. Go there early on a Saturday and enjoy a morning pick-me-up latte and avo toast on their beautiful patio, while admiring the lush greenery of the park across the road. Afterwards, you can go for a stroll in the park before hitting the shops in the buzzing and nearby Zhongxiao Dunhua area.
