Summer Brunch at Tamed Fox I Taipei Cafe

We recently popped into one of our favorite brunch spots in Taipei's Daan District to try out their new and updated summer menu, filled with fresh and healthy dishes, just in time for the summer holidays. Our dear friend and fellow foodie, Leslie (aka @taipeifoodie) joined us on this exciting brunchventure, and it was also little Sebastian’s very first official A Style Alike brunch.

If you’re not yet familiar with Tamed Fox, it’s located in central Daan District and has been around for 3 years, luring in cafe goers with their beautiful and bright interiors and creative dishes. One of our very first blog posts was about this cool cafe and it’s become a go-to brunch spot for us ever since. They're packed over weekends so remember to make a reservation well in advance if you're thinking of going, especially if you're a larger group of people.

Their new menu is a mixture of classic favorites and exciting new dishes such as Chicken Meatballs, Coconut Yoghurt, a Mushroom Burger and more! We tried a few of them (and also an old classic) so scroll down and have a look and find out which dish was our favorite. Also see their new menu below!

We had a feast trying out Tamed Fox's new dishes and enjoyed them all, especially the Chicken Meatballs which is a healthy mix of salad, humus, meatballs, quinoa and a delicious greek yoghurt sauce. The yoghurt bowl was also a standout dish with its amazingly delicious and unique coconut yoghurt (made by Moonlab Foods) which you can buy here at Tamed Fox.
